Fingerprinting Liability Waiver - Lake Norman TNT, LLC Effective Date: March 4, 2026
By receiving fingerprinting services from Lake Norman TNT, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
Service Scope:
Lake Norman TNT, LLC provides fingerprinting services for identification, licensing, employment, and background checks.
- We do not determine eligibility, approval, or background check outcomes.
- Fingerprint submissions may be processed by third-party agencies or government organizations beyond our control.
No Guarantee of Acceptance:
- Clients understand that fingerprint cards or digital submissions may be rejected by requesting agencies due to factors including, but not limited to:
- Poor fingerprint quality
- Smudging or distortion
- Agency-specific formatting requirements
- Prior fingerprint records
- Lake Norman TNT, LLC cannot guarantee acceptance by any agency.
Client Responsibility - Clients are responsible for:
- Confirming fingerprinting requirements with the requesting agency
- Providing accurate personal information
- Providing required forms or fingerprint cards if necessary
Release of Liability:
- By using our fingerprinting services, the client releases and holds harmless Lake Norman TNT, LLC from any liability related to:
- Background check results
- Agency processing delays
- Rejected fingerprint submissions
- Misuse of fingerprint cards after they leave our possession
Fees:
Fingerprinting service fees cover the service provided and are non-refundable once fingerprints have been taken. Additional fees may apply for reprints or additional fingerprint cards.
Consent:
By receiving fingerprinting services, the client confirms they understand and agree to this waiver.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Our latest contract for services can be found here.
